Why Am I Always Tired? Common Myths Exposed

Why am I always so tired? This is a question that I hear often and from a lot of people. It's not surprising that I get asked this question more often than not with the plague of tiredness which is sweeping the United States, Canada, and Western Europe. over 25% of people claim to be constantly tired. Others are spending their days feeling exhausted.

There are a lot of misconception regarding tiredness and its causes. In fact, most people could improve how they feel during the day if they only new the real facts and acted on them.

Here are 3 common myths on tirednes:

1. Sleeping more hours makes you less tired - This is one of the biggest mistakes people make. It's simply not true that the more you sleep the less tired you'll feel. Some people get by on just 4 hours a day and do just great. Overall, it's best to sleep in 90 minutes increments so sleeping for 8.5 hours is not as good as sleeping 7.5 hours.

2. Taking a nap will make you less tired - This is not always true. It all depends on how you nap. Some people take too long naps and it ruins their sleeping routine. Ultimately, it causes them to be more tired.

3. Coffeee makes you less tired - This is a huge myth and a destructive one. Coffee may make you feel more energetic for a short time, but in the long run it will now solve your tiredness problems. In fact. the longer you drink coffee the more of it you'll need for it to have any effect on you.

There are many myths about tiredness. These are the top 3. Now that you know them, you can start to take real action to end your tiredness problems.

End Tiredness Program Review - Pros And Cons

The End Tiredness program by Tina Hagen and Peter Novak is a popular guide on tiredness and sleep. The program is intended to help people who suffer from constant tiredness and fatigue to increase their energy levels, improve their feeling, and help them make more of each waking hour. Yet, as any other guide, the end tiredness programme isn't perfect.

What are the pros and cons of the End Tiredness Program?

Pros:

  • Easy to read and understand
  • Does not involve any pills, sleeping drugs, or other medications
  • Holds valuable information on the causes of tiredness and the ways in which it can be treated

  • Has been used by many people with great success
  • Has a money back guarantee
  • Comes with a few great bonuses
Cons:

  • Doesn't work for people whose constant tiredness is caused by some sort of illness, only for those whose tiredness is caused by an inadequate lifestyle and bad sleeping habits
  • The program is too extensive. It is easy to drown in the wealth of information this program provides, while a fraction of it would've been enough for most people.
  • This program has an email based customer support. They answer emails very quickly, but for anyone who must have a telephone customer support, this may prove to be inadequate.
I hope I helped you learn more about the End Tiredness program and to come to an informed decision regarding it. If you feel that you're always tired, sleep too much yet never feel refreshed, and wish you had more energy, this program is worth considering. Look over the pros and cons and you'll know if this is a program which is right for you.

Always Feel Tired And Don't Know Why?

If you always feel tired despite sleeping well at night, you may be making simple lifestyle mistakes which are what really is causing your tiredness. Of course, if you sleep too little, you need to look no further in order to find what's making you feel tired, but if you do sleep at night, here are some possible explanations:

1. You don't sleep the correct number of hours -- I'm not talking about sleeping more, but sleeping the right number of hours. It is possible to sleep more and wake up feeling more tired. The secret is to sleep in 90 minutes increments. This is because our body completes a full sleeping cycle in that time frame. Waking up in the middle of a cycle leaves the body feeling incomplete. Therefore, it's better to sleep 7.5 hours than 8.

2. You're dehydrated -- If you're not drinking enough water you may be dehydrated without even knowing it and making yourself tired in the process. Drink 8-12 glasses of water each day. I know it may seem hard to drink that much, but think about it: it's less than a glass an hour. That isn't so difficult to manage.

3. Your diet isn't good for you -- If you're eating the wrong things, your body may lack a supply of easy to burn energy. Try to reduce the amount of fat that you consume (especially fat that comes from fried and fast food) and increase the amount of complex carbohydrates such as whole wheat bread, brown rice, cereals, and whole flour pasta.

Simple things can make you feel a lot more energetic and help you to stop being tired. If you always feel tired, use the 3 tips I've written above. They can help you a lot.

End Tiredness Program - Scam Or The Real Thing

Tina Hagen's End Tiredness program is a pdf book about ways in which you can eliminate your fatigue and increase your energy levels. I believe that many people have unrealistic expectations from this program so they end up thinking that it doesn't work. If you're wondering the same, than this article is certainly worth reading. The truth is that the End Tiredness Program isn't a scam, but it's not a magical cure either.

You see, this program is an education program. If you're not going to apply what you learn, you won't get any benefits from this program. However, if you take this program seriously, take the time to read the program well and make a true commitment to making the necessary lifestyle changes (which aren't that massive), you can get a lot out of the End Tiredness Program.

The most important thing is to remain realistic. You won't see a difference in your fatigue or energy levels. It takes time to make a true difference. You can't shift your lifestyle and expect that your body will automatically transform itself overnight. This is why I think some people think the End Tiredness Program is a scam: they're just unrealistic and don't have the necessary patience and commitment to truly make a difference in their life.

Does the End Tiredness program work for everyone? Not it doesn't. Some people suffer from a physical condition which makes them more tired than other people. If this is the case than any benefit you get from this program will be limited. But if you're like most of the people and you suffer from excessive tiredness simply because you're making some simple lifestyle mistakes, than the End Tiredness Program can teach you a few things.
